Hi to my amazing blog followers :)
It is the middle of the week with not much going on in my little part of the world. It has been quite cold here with a few patches of rain over the last couple of days but it has been a perfect excuse to sit in my craft studio & have some quiet time with Tilda :)
Actually today, I went & saw a lovely lady named Miranda in regards to me doing the Business Cert. IV course. I have had a lot of business experience since the year 2000 with having my own small scrapbooking company (well, I say small but I had over 125 ladies working for me worldwide) but never did I have a certificate behind me. I have many plans for the next 5 years & to have that certificate will just give me that extra added little bit of support :)
So, Miranda is setting me up to do the course, which will be 12 months study but the great thing about it is that I can do it from home (office) via the internet :) Which means I will still be able to do my crafting & be home for Zoe. Works well for me :) I just have to wait till I have been enrolled. I am excited but nervous at the same time lol. Maybe Tilda can blow some magic dust my way lol.
This time I decided to make another Scrapbooking pre-made border but I wanted to make her sparkle a little bit so I added some Stardust Stickles here & there.
I coloured Tilda in the following Copic colours:
Skin: E000, 00, 11, 21, R20
Hair: E43, 50, 53, 57
Top: R81, 85, RV10
Pants: G21, 94, 99

I wish I could get the settings on my camera right as the photo's look a bit washed out. In actual fact, I am hoping to purchase a new camera next month cos' the one I have right now is only 5 pixels. I saw one in the local catalogue the other week that was 20 pixels! Wow...is my camera old or what? lol The trouble is I didn't make note of the brand & can't remember which one it was lol. Typical.
What sort of camera do you have? Can you recommend one?
I used a really nice lace & ribbon on this design which I got from Really Reasonable Ribbon. I'm not too sure what the names are due to them coming in one of their monthly ribbon club assortment packs.
I was a member for a while & received a different pack each month which was always a lovely surprise to receive in the mailbox :) I highly suggest it. I only stopped my subscription as after 12 months I have ended up with a lot of ribbon lol. Maybe I will start it up again soon :)
I popped up this design to give it a little bit more dimension & went a little crazy with the pearls but I love the way it turned out. I only wish the photo's did it more justice. I will try taking the photo's again tomorrow & hopefully they will look a little bit better.
